New House and Lot for SALE

Good day future homeowners! 

We are currently constructing two houses and lots in PHase 4, Xavier Estates. The addresses of these house and lot are Block 90 Lot 11 and Block 87 Lot 33.

These two houses are still on going with construction. Block 90 is 75% complete while Block 87 is 40% complete.  The target date of completion is 3rd week of June and 1st week of September respectively. 

Update on Block 80 Lot 1 and Block 98 Lot 42

Good morning future home owners!

I would like to update you that Block 80 Lot 1 and Block 98 Lot 42 has already been sold.

Although, there is two new more houses being built. These are Block 90 Lot 11 and Block 87 Lot 33.

I will post a perspective picture of both houses within this week.
